Autobytel supports automotive dealers with a range of tools, programs and value-added services to help them manage more customers, more efficiently. Autobytel member dealers benefit from intensive field support and online sales best practices training, as well as the company's value-added "K.I.T." services. These include the Rapid Response program, designed to connect dealers to online customers via phone within seconds of a Purchase Request submission, as well as the Email Manager program, which automatically manages long-term email follow-up campaigns, on behalf of the dealership, for customer leads generated through Autobytel sites.
Autobytel's Special FinanceLeads program provides an online bridge between consumers who need finance options and dealers, driving incremental, efficient, often high-margin business to dealerships nationwide. The company's Performance Coaching program is designed to help dealerships evolve to keep pace with a rapidly changing automotive marketplace in which roughly 2 out of 3 of all buyers currently shop online. Based on the best Internet sales practices of the nation's top e-dealerships, the program has helped dealers improve their sales closing ratios for Internet customers by up to 300 percent.
