In compliance with Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") requirements, the Company has posted the following Form 8937s for distributions on the dates indicated below which either partially or fully included a return of capital component. The Company is still completing its 2011 Earnings and Profits (a tax criterium that determines how much of the distributions will be treated as a qualified dividend) analysis and therefore the amounts reflected on these Forms 8937 will likely be amended and re-filed with the IRS at a later date.
