Hooper Holmes Announces Agreement With Ohio National Financial Services

BASKING RIDGE, N.J., Jan. 29, 1999 -- Hooper Holmes, Inc. (Amex: HH - news) today announced that Ohio National Financial Services has selected the Company`s Portamedic Division as the exclusive provider of alternate-site health information in Ohio National`s agreement to market its life and health insurance products on-line with Quicken InsureMarket, a widespread financial software product of INTUIT, Inc. Under the agreement, Ohio National will use Quicken`s web site, www.insuremarket.com to sell term life insurance products, allow new customers to complete the application process on-line and schedule medical exams through Portamedic. A Portamedic medical professional will perform the personal health interviews, medical testing, and physical exams for Ohio National, a national financial services company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.
