BASKING RIDGE, N.J., and SALT LAKE CITY, April 22, 2003 -- Hooper Holmes (Amex: HH), a leading provider of health information services utilized in underwriting life and health insurance policies, and AgencyWorks, a leading provider of internet-based agency management software in the life insurance industry, announced today a mutually beneficial four-year services agreement.
Through the agreement, AgencyWorks will provide a direct link from its agency management software, Agency Integrator, to Hooper's Portamedic online services. Now life insurance agents and brokers managing individual applications through Agency Integrator have seamless access to ordering and tracking the status of examination services, personal history interviews, tele-underwriting reports, and medical records retrieval services offered by Portamedic.
