BASKING RIDGE, N.J., May 17, 2004 -- Hooper Holmes, Inc. (HH) , the premier provider of outsourced underwriting health information services, today announced a strategic alliance with AgencyWorks, a leading provider of life agency management systems. The companies plan to launch I-Relay(TM), a web-based client solutions tool that has been custom-designed for Hooper Holmes and the needs of its clients.
The combination of the two companies' communication networks will allow agents to complete and submit new business applications quickly and efficiently. This web-based system will provide a full range of tools necessary to market and manage a variety of Hooper Holmes' agent, broker, carrier and third-party relationships. The system is expected to be launched by the end of June 2004.
