Basking Ridge, NJ, March 14, 2000 - Confirming previous announcements, Hooper Holmes, Inc. (AMEX:HH) stated that it has signed a two year exclusive provider agreement with Prudential Insurance Company, a leading provider of life, personal, and casualty insurance. Hooper Holmes will now be the sole provider of its paramedical testing services to Prudential.
"The exclusive arrangement will allow Prudential to work closely with Hooper Holmes to improve the paramedical process and establish clear accountabilities. This agreement will lead to improved quality, time service and customer satisfaction," said Jennifer Truscott, Vice President Life Underwriting at Prudential.
