Northrop Grumman Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 19, 2009 - The board of directors of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, payable Dec. 12, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business Nov. 30, 2009.
