Ceragenix Pharmaceuticals to Present at the BIO 2006 Business Forum

DENVER, April 6, 2006 -- Ceragenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Ceragenix"), a biopharmaceutical company focused on infectious disease and dermatology, today announced that Steven Porter, Chairman and CEO of Ceragenix, will present at the BIO 2006 Business Forum on Tuesday, April 11 at 11:30 AM CDT in Room B of the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago.

Mr. Porter will provide a brief corporate overview and discuss the company's novel anti-infective drugs--based on its proprietary class of compounds, Ceragenins (or CSAs)--and its Barrier Repair Technology. Ceragenix has submitted a 510K to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration seeking marketing clearance to commercialize its Barrier Repair Technology in 2006.
