LOS ANGELES, July 17, 2003 -- Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:OXY) announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.26 per share of common stock payable October 15, 2003, to stockholders of record on September 10, 2003.
