LOS ANGELES, Nov. 4, 2003 -- Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:OXY) announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.26 per share of common stock payable January 15, 2004, to stockholders of record on December 10, 2003.
