Occidental Petroleum Declares Dividend

LOS ANGELES, July 20, 2000 -- Occidental Petroleum Corporation said today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.25 per share of common stock payable October 15, 2000, to stockholders of record on September 8, 2000.
