Harold Karp President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Karp became the President and Chief Operating Officer of our Company on February 16, 2007. Mr. Karp has been Senior Vice President of Alpine, a publicly traded holding company engaged in the investment and/or acquisition and operation of industrial companies since April 27, 2006 and President of Exeon Inc., formerly known as Essex Electric, Inc., Alpine's building wire manufacturing subsidiary since December 2002. Previously, Mr. Karp was President of the Electrical Group of Superior TeleCom from January 2001 until December 11, 2002.

Dave Owen Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary
Mr. Owen was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective January 1, 2008. He was a Senior Vice President of the Company from October 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007. Mr. Owen was Chief Financial Officer of The Alpine Group, Inc. and Senior Vice President Finance of Essex Electric, Inc. from 2003 until he joined the Company in October 2007. From November 1998 until December 2002, Mr. Owen was Executive Vice President Finance of Superior TeleCom. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Essex International Inc. Mr. Owen has a Business degree in Accounting from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Garry Johnson
Senior Vice President, Sales, and Customer Relations
Mr. Johnson has been with the Company since 1979. In 1979, Mr. Johnson worked in the Decatur plant as an Operations Engineer. In 1980 he began his career in sales as a field sales representative in the Southwestern U.S. After eight years of field sales assignments, Mr. Johnson was promoted to OEM Product Manager and later Industrial Product Manager. He served in this role until 1998 when he was promoted to Vice President-Sales. In April of 2002 he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales. Mr. Johnson holds a degree from the University of Alabama.

James Berry
Vice President and General Manager, Global Tube Products
Mr. Berry joined Wolverine in 2007. Mr. Berry was Vice President of Operations for Essex Electrical Products, which was acquired by Southwire in 2006. With Southwire he managed a facility that manufactured building wire in Florence, Alabama. Prior to that, Mr. Berry's career has included 33 years of progressive technology and manufacturing experience with Alcatel, Inc., (formerly Celware Technology, and Phelps Dodge Communication Company) a manufacturer of optical fiber, optical fiber cable, and copper telecommunications cable. Mr. Berry's successful career with Alcatel began as a Process Engineer and Technical Manager. He has also held various positions of leadership with Alcatel including Director of Fiber Operations, Global Vice President of Fiber Manufacturing and Engineering, Vice President Technology and Vice President of Operations for North America. Mr. Berry possesses a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky where he graduated with Distinction. He is also a registered professional engineer.

Dave Jordan
Vice President and General Manager, Business Development and Strategic Marketing
Mr. Jordan joined Wolverine in October 1997 as General Manager of Wolverine Joining Technologies in Warwick, RI. In March 2006 he was appointed to lead the Strategic Planning Committee to create a new business model and global strategy for the Company. Prior to Wolverine, Mr. Jordan held key leadership positions with Texas Instruments, W.R. Grace, National Starch & Chemical and Engelhard Corporation. Mr. Jordan has 30 years of business management and leadership experience in the metals, specialty chemicals and electronics industries. In addition he has 15 years in market development and creating international strategy. Mr. Jordan has assembled joint ventures and technology partnerships in domestic and international settings, participating in four business acquisitions during his career. He has held all key management positions, including General Manager, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance and Quality. Mr. Jordan has a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Babson College. |

John Van Gerwen
Vice President and General Manager, Global Fabricated Products
Mr. Van Gerwen began his career with Wolverine in 1982 at our London, Ontario plant as a Project Engineer. Mr. Van Gerwen was promoted several times at London and served in a variety of roles, ultimately becoming Plant Manager in 1994. In 1997, Mr. Van Gerwen was promoted to Vice-President of Operations assuming responsibilities for our Altoona, Pennsylvania facility. In 2001, he became Vice President of Operations for our Fabricated Products Group of businesses and, in 2005, Vice President of Fabricated Products and Canadian Operations. Mr. Van Gerwen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Waterloo and is a licensed professional engineer. |
